I love my high heels and with my work it is part of the uniform. Thanks to you Pat, I realized what real damage I was doing to my feet and legs. Reflexology with you was NOT what I had expected. It was so relaxing that the pain I was feeling in my heel completely went away. I am getting better with my shoe choices. Just wish that the shoes I loved, loved my feet.
